NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to § 32-1-903(2) C.R.S., as amended, that the Board of Directors of the Sheridan Sanitation District No. 1, of the County of Arapahoe, State of Colorado, will convene a special meeting on Saturday, August 12, 2023, at 3:30 p.m. at 6705 S. Santa Fe Drive, Unit 68, Littleton, CO 80120. At such time the Board will consider the matters set forth below. The meeting is open to the public.
